Shipping Policy

As per the shipping policy, you'll be charged Flat PKR 2000 delivery charges on all DuraFoam & Dura Spring mattresses. Delivery charges may vary for long-distance areas, away from the main city.
Note: 
| - Actual shipping charges may vary and will be confirmed during the confirmation call. 
|| - Advance Payment will be required in some cases where mattress is not available at our authorized dealer

Order Cancellation

At Durafoam, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our order cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

●     Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched.

●     To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via phone, WhatsApp, or email, quoting your order number.

●     Once the cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made).

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

●     Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

●     If the customer refuses delivery after dispatch, delivery and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Customized or Special Orders

●     Orders that are customized, made-to-order, or cut-to-size cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

4. Refund Process

●     Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

●     Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

●     Durafoam reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

○     Product unavailability

○     Pricing or technical errors

○     Incomplete or incorrect customer information

●     In such cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.
