EXCHANGE:

In the rare case that you have received a wrong, (i.e. mattress model or size other than what you ordered), damaged or incomplete product, please inform the delivery team before they leave and we will correct the order. The mattress must be unused and returned to the delivery team at that same moment.

You can claim the warranty and process it as per the warranty policy.

WARRANTY:

Durafoam proudly manufactures quality mattresses to make sure you experience the best of comfort. We ensure durability and longevity of the product life under normal usage.

Durafoam warrants to the original purchaser that the Dura Foam products have been manufactured free of any kinds of defects in material or workmanship for a period of up to 12 years for Durafoam from the original date of purchase. A warranty card will come with your order.
