Depending Upon location, We usually deliver between 3-10 working Days. You can also check the exact delivery date while on call.
Return Policy
In the rare case that you have received a wrong, (i.e. mattress model or size other than what you ordered), damaged or incomplete product, please inform the delivery team before they leave and we will correct the order.
The mattress must be unused and returned to the delivery team at that same moment. In case you are not fully satisfied with the correct product you've ordered, you have 14 days within which you may request a replacement of the mattress, after which the trial period will be over and the mattress will be non-returnable.
Our delivery team will collect the mattress; however, you will be charged for the delivery charges when you claim. Return is not acceptable in case of misuse, neglect, accident, natural calamity or mishandling.

For Lahore & Karachi, we deliver in 2-7 Working Days.
Based on size of your order and product that you have chosen we deliver between 3-10 Working Days for outside Lahore & Karachi.
EXCHANGE:
In the rare case that you have received a wrong, (i.e. mattress model or size other than what you ordered), damaged or incomplete product, please inform the delivery team before they leave and we will correct the order. The mattress must be unused and returned to the delivery team at that same moment.
You can claim the warranty and process it as per the warranty policy.

Durafoam warrants to the original purchaser that the Dura Foam products have been manufactured free of any kinds of defects in material or workmanship for a period of up to 12 years for Durafoam from the original date of purchase. A warranty card will come with your order.
